Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
I. Order Cancellation:
a. Your order on the lightyearshealth.com website can only be cancelled if it has yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team at hello@elevateconsumer.com.
b. In the event an order is cancelled prior to shipment, the refund will be processed by LightYears Health within 10 business days after the cancellation request is acknowledged.
c. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
II. Returns:
a. We do not accept product returns, except for returns processed within 10 days of delivery in the following circumstances:
i. Wrong product delivered.
ii. Product post-expiration date.
iii. Incomplete order / Missing products.
III. Process:
a. If you are eligible for the above-listed reasons for a return, let us know by emailing us at hello@elevateconsumer.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Your email should contain:
i. Your first and last name
ii. Your order ID
iii. Items you want to return
iv. Your reason for return
b. Please ensure to include images as proof in your email. We will investigate and review your return request within 24 working hours. If, based on our examination, the product qualifies for a return, we will process a return.
IV. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
a. Wrong product delivered.
b. Product post-expiration date.
c. Incomplete order/missing products.
d. The product ordered by you is out of stock with us.
e. The shipping address is not serviceable by us.
f. You comply with the return policy stated above.
g. You were charged twice for a single order from the same email address.
V. Return Pick-up (available for most pin codes):
a. Once we receive a return email request, we will initiate a reverse pickup. A service representative will visit you for the pick-up within 1 to 2 days.
b. If our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.
VI. Refund Timeline
a. For payments made through debit/credit cards, banks, wallets, etc., we will refund the amount to the original source within 10 working days of receiving the refund request from you.
b. For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of receiving a refund request.
